OWNER DINO MANCINI

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, my Italian family migrated to the U.S. from Lucca, Italy in the late 1800s. I have always enjoyed art and music and greatly appreciate fine restoration of vintage cars and boats.

Through working with my relatives at our family owned auto dealership in Central California during my teenage years, I learned the discipline & skills required for a successful vocation.

In my early twenties, I began working with the master craftsman, Lyle Kinder, of Kinder Furniture Restoration, in Palo Alto, CA. I soon purchased Kinder Restoration at the age of 25 and renamed it Mancini Restoration.

In 1993 I moved the business to Bend, OR and have enjoyed restoring fine furniture, cars and boats in the high desert ever since.

I have had the pleasure of working with such reputable craftsmen as Al Braccini with Woodart, Ed Beachum (a local clockmaker) and Lee Barker of Barker Musical Instruments and custom woodwork.
